When I first found this recipe, it was for Pumpkin Spice White Hot Chocolate. But after making it, to me it actually tastes more like yummy horchata. Tip: it tastes amazing iced!
Ingredients
* 4 cups whole milk
* 1 cup white chocolate chips
* 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
* 4 three-inch cinnamon sticks
* 2 tsp vanilla
* 1/8 tsp ground ginger
* 1 tsp ground nutmeg
Optional: whipped cream for topping. Personally, I’m not a huge fan of whipped cream, so I didn’t add it.
Tools
* A slow cooker
* A spoon
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients in your slow cooker and heat on low for 3 hours. Stir it up about every 10 minutes for the first hour to melt and mix the white chocolate. Enjoy!
