PARIS

I had been dreaming of a European vacation for the longest time, but the timing never seemed convenient.  So for our wedding anniversary last September, my husband and I decided to just go.  We booked two weeks for Paris, London, Florence, Venice and Rome.  Paris, our first stop, was unforgettably beautiful.  The architecture in the city, from your everyday apartment buildings to the Eiffel Tower itself, is stunning.  It is definitely one of the most aesthetically pleasing cities I’ve ever seen.  Paris, I will definitely be back for you.

Here are some photos from our trip, with highlights from the Louvre, Champs-Elysees, Palace of Versailles, Laduree, Arc de triomphe, the Eiffel tower, Notre Dame, Sacre Coeur, Galeries Lafayette, the River Seine, Chanel’s flagship store, Pont de l’Archeveche (the “Lovelock Bridge”), Pont Alexandre (the most beautiful bridge I’ve ever seen) and Palais Garnier (the Opera).  Just talking about it already makes me feel so nostalgic and ready to go back for more!  Paris is truly a beauty.
