It has been A WHILE since I’ve last updated my blog. Late last year, I turned FORTY. It honestly still feels weird to say that because I don’t “feel” 40, whatever it is that 40 is supposed to feel like. But I can honestly say that this milestone didn’t hit me in the negative way that I thought it would. I kind of like it here. And one of the perks of aging is that you truly don’t give a sh*t about all the small things/people that maybe used to bug you before. It’s quite liberating!
For my 40th, I decided to go with a “Studio ’84” Disco theme, as a spin on the famous Studio 54. We ate, drank and danced the night away. You can check out my Instagram Reel for a more in-depth look at the party and I’ll list all my vendors and sources below (affiliate links).
