*Trigger warning: this post contains Christmas content in October. 😆 Okay, I know, I KNOW that it’s way too early for some of you to be talking about Christmas. But hear me out: things sell out FAST and with all the shipping delays/shortages they’re expecting this year, if there’s something you want to buy, I suggest you start early.

One of the fun things about decorating for Christmas is choosing your theme. I’ve done a pink Christmas and of course the traditional red (be sure to check out my Christmas guides on Instagram for photos of our current home), but this year I want to go with what I call a “cozy chic” theme. Think lots of greenery, texture and black and gold accents. As I was browsing for inspiration, I came across Jenna Sue’s “Warm Woodland” Christmas and loved her execution of the theme. There’s something about black that elevates things to a chic, grown-up level. Here’s my inspiration board:
I think it’s such a beautiful theme and it has me so excited to start decorating soon. I’ve already ordered these metallic ornaments and vase fillers and they are so beautiful! There are still a few items I want, so I should take my own advice and start now! I hope this gets you inspired and I’ll be updating both my Shop page and my LikeToKnowIt with more Christmas finds so be sure to check those out. ‘Tis the season, friends!
