I first started using Crest White strips over 10 years ago and have been a fan ever since. People would always comment on how white my teeth were, and I’d always tell them it was because of the strips. Now, I definitely didn’t drink as much coffee back then as I do now, but the strips worked wonders.

There are 28 treatments that you use for 5 minutes a day. I did skip a day here and there, so I didn’t use them within 28 consecutive days, and sometimes I’d leave them on for a little more than 5 minutes. My teeth did NOT get sensitive, which was a huge relief. And while I didn’t notice much of a difference as I was doing it, I can tell that my teeth are slightly whiter from my “before and after” photo (warning: an uncomfortable close-up of my face is below. Apologies in advance). AND, I was still drinking my coffee throughout this process, so I’m rather pleased.
