DIY GOLD POLKA DOT MUGS

I saw this idea on The Inspired Room and knew I had to try it.  It was so easy and the mugs are adorable.

Here’s what you’ll need:

1.  White mugs (I got mine from Dollar Tree)
2.  Martha Stewart Crafts Glass Paint in Metallic.  It comes in a ton of colors, so if you want something other than gold, take your pick.
3.  Circular sponge brushes
4.  Your oven

The directions are super easy.  Just clean your cups, stamp on the dots with your sponge, then “bake” the cups on the top rack of your oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.  Let the cups sit for 24 hours then wash in the dishwasher.
