LONDON

If you read my first post about our Europe trip, you know that our first stop was Paris.  After Paris, we headed over to London.  Now, I don’t know if it’s because I saw Paris first and had high expectations after that, but I wasn’t THAT impressed with London.  Don’t get me wrong, it’s a pretty (but expensive) city, but I just wasn’t wowed by it.  I am glad that we went, because I’ve always wanted to see it, but I unlike Paris, I don’t think I’ll be back for a while.  Some of the highlights (below) were St. Paul’s Cathedral, Westminster Bridge and Westminster Abbey, House of Parliament, Buckingham Palace, Nelson’s Column, Big Ben, Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, the London Eye and Notting Hill.  Stay tuned for photos from our last stop: Italy!
